Our service level agreement (SLA) includes building new components of your HubSpot instance, as well as assisting your team with strategy, answering questions, and identifying opportunities to improve and optimize your instance by reviewing reports, trends, user behaviors, and more.

We offer several SLA packages, available exclusively to clients who onboard with us. Each package includes specified turnaround times for requests and a set number of support or development hours each month.

If none of our subscription packages meet your requirements, we also offer on-demand senior support. This option gives you the flexibility to receive expert assistance as needed, without any long-term commitment or contract. It is an ideal solution for businesses that require occasional support or prefer a pay-as-you-go model. Whether you need help troubleshooting an issue, optimizing your setup, or seeking strategic advice, our senior support team is here to assist you.

Loyalty Support

This package is designed to help you manage your website’s loyalty program with HubSpot. It ensures seamless integration and efficient data management, enhancing guest retention and segmentation.

You receive a total of 10 hours of monthly support: 5 hours dedicated to technical support (integration, troubleshooting, HubSpot configuration, and more) and 5 hours for account management and system support via phone and email, including strategy, optimization, and guest engagement guidance.

If you exceed your 10-hour monthly allocation, any additional hours will be billed at a competitive rate. This flexibility allows you to request further support as needed, without having to commit to a larger package.
